Sunrisers Hyderabad on Friday chased the huge score of 199 runs. It was the David Warner who had laid the foundation for a tricky chase of 199 runs. From Rajasthan side,  Sanju Samson's smasheed 102  runs off just balls but SRH achieved the target with an over to spare.

After game , Samson admitted that his side probably required about 250 runs to win the game, considering the way he was batting. "You destroyed my day. My 100 was not enough because of the way you batted. The way you started the innings we lost the game in the powerplay. We needed some 250 on the board with someone like you in the opposition. It was special.”

Skipper Ajinkya Rahane and  Samson put together 119 runs for the second wicket.  While Rahane departed for 70, Samson remained unbeaten to add another 64 runs with Ben Stokes for the third wicket. The score of 198 on the board looked on-par but SRH's Warner had other ideas. Warner slammed a 37-ball 69 while Jonny Bairstow supported him well with an innings of 45 runs from 28 balls as the duo added 110 runs for the first wicket. Although Vijay Shankar was the only other batsman to score over 30 runs, the sheer pace and of scoring runs early in the game had given Sunrisers just the perfect platform to chase the target without much pressure.
