New Delhi: Union Home Minister Amit Shah has made a big appeal to the voters of Bihar today. He has asked all voters to cast a large number of votes. For this, he resorted to a tweet. In the tweet, he said, 'Every vote of his will take away the state from fear and corruption and put it on the path of development and progress'.


By tweeting, Amit Shah wrote, "Appeal to all voters of Bihar's first phase to vote in maximum number. Every vote of yours will keep Bihar away from fear and corruption and keep it on the path of development and progress." In the first phase of Bihar assembly elections, voting has started in 7 assembly constituencies of 16 districts at seven in the morning amidst tight monitoring and security.

About 2 crores, 14 lakh, 84 thousand, 787 voters will cast their vote in the first phase of polling. Bihar assembly elections are to be held in three phases. The first phase of voting is today, while the second and third phase will be voted on 3 and 7 November respectively. After this, the results of Bihar elections will be declared on 10 November. However, before Amit Shah, many big leaders including PM Modi, Rahul Gandhi and Tejashwi Yadav have tweeted and appealed to the voters of Bihar to vote.
