Tollywood's Zee Cine Awards Tamil 2020 was held on 5 January Saturday in Chennai. The star-studded event was attended by the most popular names in the Tamil film industry. Nayantara, the female superstar, received the Sridevi Award for inspiring women in Indian cinema. Ajit Kumar received the most powerful artist of The Deca Award.

Hitmaker S Shankar was awarded the Iyakunwar Sigaram's Balachander Award for excellence in Indian cinema. Kamal Haasan, senior actor, won the Pride of Indian Cinema Award, while Madras's Mozart AR Rahman won the Pride of Indian Music Award.
