Darbhanga: In a terrific incident, following an argument, woman and her two children were set on fire by her husband in Teksar village in Darbhanga district.
The convict, identified as Mohammad Haroon burnt his wife Rukhsana Khatun 22 years old and their two children, Zishan 4 years old and Ena 1 years old, last night after an altercation between the husband-wife duo.
Sub-Divisional Police Officer Dilnawaz Ahmed said that, the woman and children killed on spot and the bodies of the victims have been sent for post-mortem at Darbhanga Medical College and Hospital.
A case of murder has been registered against the accused who managed to escaped. And an investigation is underway in this matter.
