A shocking turning point has emerged in Bihar's Srijan scandal. An accused of the scam has died during treatment. Mahesh Mandal, who was suspended from the district welfare department for the scam, was arrested on August 13. After this, the court sent him to jail on 15th August. But he argued that he was suffering from health problems, after which he was admitted to the hospital on the order of the court. It is being told that Mahesh complained of kidney failure.

At the same time, he had a problem of sugar too. The court was asked for a delay in treatment in this connection, after which treatment for Friday and Saturday Mahesh was sent to the Mayaganj hospital. After two days of treatment, Mahesh Mandal was sent back to jail. On Sunday evening suddenly his health worsened, after which he was brought to the hospital, where he died on Sunday night during treatment. The relatives of Mahesh Mandal raised questions on the death.

The family members alleged that Mahesh had not been treated correctly and that led to his death. They also say that Mahesh could have been alive and could open many other roles related to the scam.
