New Delhi: In the second edition of three day Raisina Dialogue which will start on Tuesday, the Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address at the opening session. This time the theme of it is New Normal Multilateralism with Multi-Polarity.
During his addressing, heads of state and government, foreign ministers from the countries and foreign policy thinkers will be present.
In the dialogue, the participation of almost 65 countries is expected.
