Election 2017 results were announced on Saturday, Bharatiya Janata Party and Congress were the toughest competitors of the elections. Goa results are still confusing, thus Congress and BJP started fighting for the seats.

Congress got 17 seats and BJP garnered 13 seats and as per the rules, a party should get 21 seats. This is making tough for the state to choose their government.

Recently a news came that BJP has majority chances to form the next government, as Other party is supporting BJP to form the next government and probably this government will be headed by present defence minister Manohar Parrikar.
