The killing of Trinamool leaders in Bengal at two places has created a sensation. The Trinamool leader was shot dead by miscreants on Sunday night in The Jhabgram in Murshidabad. The attackers shot dead a Panchayat Committee member in Murshidabad and killed the booth president in Malda with a sharp weapon. The Congress and the BJP have accused dependent crooks of carrying out the incident. No arrests have been made so far in the incidents. According to the information received, Jahangir Sheikh (40), a member of the Kandi Panchayat Committee, was on his way on foot on Monday morning. The miscreants surrounded him near Ran village and shot him close. After the incident, the miscreants fled.The police rushed the seriously injured Jehangir to Murshidabad Medical College and Hospital, where doctors declared him dead. Police have taken the body and sent it for post mortem. The murder has resulted in a political animosity or personal enmity.
