In the rape case of a JNU student, a cab driver, Delhi Women's Commission Chief Swati Jayahind has taken cognisance and asked the Delhi Police tough questions. She said, it is a very shocking incident. The incident of rape of the girl was only due to the negligence of the police. The police were off the road. The police are not investigating. Therefore, she sought information about the progress made so far in the case along with the FIR copy.
