Agartala: The total number of patients in the state has increased to 8,109 after the arrival of 256 new cases of Corona in Tripura on Friday. A health officer has given this information. He said this time 4 patients died during treatment at Agartala Government Medical College on Thursday. All were residents of different parts of the state.

A total of 69 people have died due to corona infection so far in the state. The health officer told this time that with the arrival of new cases, the number of infected under-treatment in the state has increased to 2,371 while 5,651 patients have become healthy. According to the officer, eighteen corona patients have moved to other states. He has further told that 2,33,716 samples have been investigated in Tripura so far.

Apart from Tripura, Corona continues to wreak havoc in many states of India. The number of new cases of Covid-19 in India is increasing. The number of new cases that came in 24 hours has been 68,898. In the past few days, more than 55 thousand new cases of Corona are coming out in India every day. So far, the number of corona infections in the country has crossed 29 lakh.
