40-year-old Woman Gangraped by 4 Men in Betul, MP

Madhya Pradesh, Jul 9: A forty-year-old lady was allegedly gang-raped by four persons in the forest area of Betul district in Madhya Pradesh, as news agency ANI informed on its Twitter handle.

According to the reports of One India the incident occurred on Saturday, July 7. Police have filed a case under sections 376 (Punishment for rape) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code and Atrocities Act.

On Saturday 7 July, a 14-year-old girl was also sexually assaulted by 3 persons in Chhatarpur district of Khajuraho. The police had held the victim’s medical examination.  While In another incident, an eight-year-old girl was kidnapped from her school in Hafiz Colony and was gang-raped at her house in Mandsaur.

 Considering the matter at a serious note, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan criticized the incidents and stated that the accused should be hanged till death.

The MP Chief Minister also said that the rape that happened in Mandsaur has stunned everyone. He insisted that we all want that people who committed such a terrible crime be hanged to death.

Taking about Human rights He said that are for humans, not for the devils. CM ordered that these case should be resolved through fast track.

In Mandsaur Incident Two accused in the case have been arrested. A Special Investigation Team (SIT) was also constituted to further inspection of the matter.
