Corona is spreading at a fast pace in India. But the number of infected patients is increasing more than that which is cured. Which is a matter of deep concern. In one day, more than 49 thousand new cases of coronavirus have been reported. The number of people caught in the corona epidemic in the country has increased to 12.87 lakh. In 24 hours, 34,601 patients have recovered and returned to their homes. So far, more than 1.5 crore corona tests have been completed through the government.

According to data revealed by the Union Health Ministry, a record 49,310 corona patients have been found during the last one day. But it is a matter of concern that 740 people have also died during this period. The total number of epidemic cases in the country has increased to 12 lakh 87 thousand 945. Out of this, 8 lakh 17 thousand 209 have returned home after recovering. But 4 lakh 40 thousand 135 active cases have been reported. So far 30,601 people have died due to Coronavirus in India.

Apart from this, according to Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), 3 lakh 52 thousand 801 tests have been completed on Thursday. After this, a total of 1 crore 54 lakh, 28 thousand 170 corona tests have been done in India till July 23. Lokesh Sharma, scientist and media coordinator at ICMR has given a statement regarding the test. In which he said that till Wednesday, 10 lakh samples have been tested in 3 days, which are continuously increasing.
