Jabalpur: Due to the lock down these days, migrant laborers are stranded in different corners of the country. Due to lack of means, migrant workers are trying to reach their homes by adopting different ways. In such a situation, reports of accidents are also coming from many places. One such incident has come to light from Narsinghpur in Madhya Pradesh.

Five people died after a truck overturned near Patha village under Narsinghpur. 11 people are said to be injured in the accident. The condition of two of the injured is stated to be critical. The truck had a total of 18 people, including two drivers and a conductor. Of these, 15 worked as laborers in Hyderabad. All the workers were sitting in this mango truck and going to Agra. The accident took place between Narsinghpur and Seoni Border on NH 44. 15 workers were buried under the truck overturning. The Collector and the SP arrived on the spot as soon as the accident was reported. Narsinghpur Collector Deepak Saxena told that all these workers were hiding in the truck and going to home.

According to civil surgeon Anita Agarwal, two seriously injured laborers have been referred to Jabalpur. One of them has suffered a serious head injury, while the other has a fracture. The condition of the remaining injured is stable at present. One of these injured has cold, cough and fever for three days. In view of this, samples of all 18 people including 5 dead have also been taken. Everyone will have a corona check.
