3) Pappu Yadav

Noted leader of Bihar Rajesh Ranjan alias Pappu Yadav kept his feet in politics by winning the independent election and kept the post of MLA. Pappu Yadav has many criminal cases registered. But Pappu Yadav came into the limelight after the Communist Party of India MLA Ajit Sarkar was named in the assassination. 6) Mahipal Maderna

7) R. Balakrishna Pillai

R. Balakrishna Pillai remained in the discussion during the political journey of Kerala Congress Party President. He was also an MP in Kerala Parliament four times. He has accused him of corruption in the construction of Kallad Dam during his tenure. Pillai was accused of using his political power to dam his acquaintance. And he was sentenced to one-year rigorous imprisonment in February 2011. After which he was released on 1 November 2011.
