In fact, Asif, a resident of Mohalla Anta of Thana Sadar Bazar area, has complained that on March 2, 2022, his maternal uncle died in a suspicious condition. Asif said that he runs a clothes shop. His maternal aunt is keeping an eye on his property. Aunt is pressurizing him to marry her. When he refused to marry, at 7 pm on 16th December, maternal aunt along with her two sons and daughter-in-law entered the house and ransacked it. It has been told in the complaint that Asif was to be married on December 28, but 5 days before that the maternal aunt sent a fake marriage certificate to the girl's family members. Due to this, his marriage broke up. Asif's advocate Upma Bhatnagar says that this case is of blackmailing, which has been approached for the property.

Asif's marriage was fixed since 1 year. Many functions had taken place in the house. When the date of the wedding arrived, Asif's maternal aunt sent the fake marriage certificate to the girls on WhatsApp. Asif's advocate said that there was neither the signature of Asif nor the signature of the witness on the certificate. At the same time, CO City Akhand Pratap told that the 60-year-old woman sent her nephew's marriage certificate to the people, where the nephew's marriage was fixed. This broke the marriage of the nephew. In this case, the victim has complained. This whole incident is related to the property. The aunt wants the property to be transferred to her name.
