Dhamtari: A shocking incident has come to light from Dhamtari in Chhattisgarh. A woman from the district had borrowed Rs 5,000 from her neighbor. Taking advantage of this case, the culprit continued to sexually abuse the minor for a long time. The whole incident came to light when she was 3 months pregnant. The police have registered a case and arrested the accused.  

The same disgusting case is from the Kurud area of the district. The incident came to light when the victim's mother lodged a complaint at the police station in the Kurud area of Dhamtari on January 27. This loan case is from the month of October 2022. The minor's mother said she had demanded Rs 5,000 as financial help from neighbor Sudarshan Nagarchi as there was a shortage of money in the house. When she asked for a loan, the same day, the neighbor called the woman's minor daughter home and forced her. At the same time, the culprit threatened the victim and her mother not to tell anyone about this. The minor did not tell anyone about the rape fearing death threats and he repeatedly raped her for months.  

Due to this, the health of the minor started deteriorating for a few days and when she was taken to a nearby hospital and examined, the report revealed that the minor is 3 months pregnant. As soon as the incident came to light, the police arrested 60-year-old criminal Sudarshan from his house on January 29 as soon as the report was filed. The criminal has also confessed to his crime. Under which sections of POCSO Act have been imposed and action will also be taken under sections 294, 323, 506, 376 (2) of the IPC.
