Bengaluru: 7,883 cases of corona have been reported in Karnataka and 113 infected people have died. With this, the total number of corona cases increased to 1,96,494 and the number of people who died of infection rose to 3,510. During this time, 7,034 patients of Corona became healthy. The Health Department said that out of the cases reported on Wednesday, 2,802 cases were reported from Bengaluru (urban) alone.

According to a bulletin issued by the Health Department, till the evening of August 12, a total of 1,96,494 cases of corona infection have been reported in which 3,510 patients of corona have died and 1,12,633 infected have become healthy. According to the bulletin, currently 80,343 patients are under treatment, out of which 79,642 patients are in different hospitals in specified hospitals and 701 patients are admitted in ICU. Out of the new cases of corona infection, Bangalore city saw the highest number of 2,802 new patients.
