 Former President Bill Clinton was back with the controversy. 
On Monday, The outcome of his love his affair with Monica Lewinsky came out that he said he does not feel he owes the former White House intern an apology.
Clinton, interviewed on NBC's Today show by correspondent Craig Melvin, was asked if he had ever apologized to Lewinsky:
In an interview with NBC, Bill was asked if he ever apologised to Lewinsky, to which he said, I have apologised, not personally because I never talked to her but I did apologize in public and that too more than once, The thing is that apologizing in public is better than a personal one. You show the essence of your guilt. 
Later when he questioned by CNN over his interview with NBC, he said

He had apologized to his family, to Monica Lewinsky and her family and to a panel in the white house before they all were addressed in front of the media. 
He also said that he strongly supports the “me too” moment. 
Bill Clinton’s affair with Monica came in front when the Kenneth Starr’s Investigation of Clinton’s Real state deal before he became the president. 
Even after denying the relation that they both shared, but later he accepted it. 
He was accused of Obstructing Justice and perjury by the Republican-led House of representatives in December 1998. Later after a trial of 21 days, he was acquitted. 
Clinton is now on a book tour for a political thriller That he co-wrote with author James Patterson. The name of the book is ‘ The President is Missing’.

Earlier this year, Lewinsky wrote of suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder, and how her view of the events of 20 years ago has evolved with the rise of the #metoo movement:
Clinton said that he likes the #metoo movement, calling it "way overdue," but adding the "doesn't agree with everything."
Clinton said of his affair with Lewinsky, 
"I dealt with it 20 years ago plus. And the American people, two-thirds of 'em, stayed with me. And I've tried to do a good job since them with my life and with my work. That's all I have to say to you."
