Now the free insurance facility available on booking online train tickets can be over. According to information from sources, IRCTC has written to the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Railways in this matter, in which he has referred to his financial straits. IRCTC has said that either the loss of free insurance may be compensated or the facility is terminated.

IRCTC says that the loss of 10 lakh rupees per day from free insurance is happening. At present, IRCTC fills 92 paisa premium on every passenger. Explain that this facility was given to increase the digital payment. IRCTC says that it is already in disadvantage due to the deletion of the service charge and now there is a double burden on free insurance.

Railways are also preparing to launch a new website and Android app soon. Through these, travelers will be able to book tickets more easily and faster than before. Easy login and navigation facility will be provided on the new website. The time-out problem, which was used to make the ticket, will also get rid of it.

With this new app, travelers will see their Confirm Ticket there. At the same time, with the help of those who take the wrong advantage of the immediate ticket, they can be reinforced. Real-time messages for the arrival and opening of the train to the people should also be sent. SMS alerts will be sent to the passengers of the train while the train is late.
