Plea over death of children due to shortage of oxygen will be heard today in Allahabad HC

Allahabad: A Public Interest Litigation petition will be heard in the Allahabad High Court today on the demand for a judicial inquiry into the death of children in BRD Medical College, Gorakhpur. This petition has been filed by Social Worker Kamlesh Singh and High Court lawyer Sunita Sharma.
 
The hearing is expected to be around 12 o'clock in the afternoon. It is worth mentioning that between 10 August and 12 August, 36 died in 48 hours in BRD Medical college. UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Health Minister Siddhartha Nath has said that the cause of death is not the stoppage of oxygen supply, but DM's report is making all those matters in bigger squads.
 
An inquiry report made by DM on the accident has been reported that the oxygen supply company Pushpa Cells interrupted supplies of liquid oxygen for which it is responsible. Liquid oxygen supply is continuous, its in-charge is Dr. Satish, who is guilty at first sight of not performing his duties.
