Jaipur: A case of mass suicide has come to light in the Kanauta police station area under Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan. This is the first time in the history of Jaipur when four people of the same family commited suicide. The family is said to have been suppressed in debt and was also disturbed by the need of borrowers every day. According to the information, the deceased family traded jewellery. On Friday, a woman came to her house. The woman was asking for money from them and she also humiliated a lot to the deceased family.

According to the information, the deceased family had told the woman that her money would be refunded after selling the shop and house. But at night, four members of the family hanged themselves. Three of them were in the hall while the fourth was hanged by a fan in the room. Senior police officials have reached the spot after getting the information. Forensic teams have been called on the spot. However, no suicide note has been received from the spot.

Additional DCP Manoj Chaudhary of Jaipur East has said that the bodies of four people of a bullion family have been recovered from the house at Radhika Vihar in Kanoti police station, Jamroli. The preliminary enquiry has revealed that the family was a resident of Alwar and had been working in Jaipur for five years.
