According to reports reaching the district headquarters, three tribal youths, Vignesh and his two friends Bolishetty Naveen and Sidum Srikanth, went to the forest to feed cattle. "The tiger suddenly appeared, ed at Vignesh and pulled him away," recalled the frightened duo. Vignesh seemed to have been killed in the first strike.
