A-Max cart full of fish collided badly with the trola, which shattered the fish on the road and the local people reached there to raise fish. People started putting fish in the middle of the road putting their lives at risk. Due to the dense fog, many people also survived to hit other vehicles. Max train number RJ26 GA 5068 filled with cartons of fish was going to Majhepur Fish Farm in Bihar from Bisalpur Dam of District Tonk, Rajasthan.

This accident collided with a trolley at No. 78 on the Firozabad Mainpuri border of Agra-Lucknow Expressway. The cause of the accident is said to be dense fog because of which the driver did not see the trolley running slow. After the accident, Max flew away in the car.
