Mumbai: The ongoing Sony TV show 'Indian Idol 12' is embroiled in controversy these days. Aditya Narayan, the host of the show, has been in controversy several times and is now once again seen in controversies. In fact, Aditya Narayan had named the Alibaug area during the show, the locals of Alibaug complained to Amey Khopkar, president of the cinema wing of the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena Party. In fact, on the Indian Idol 12 show, Aditya Narayan had said in the past, "Raag patti se diya karo, hum Alibaug se aaya hai?". His statement meant that sing in the right melody, are we fools? But the name of one of their places shocked the respect of that particular area.
After the incident, MNS Film Sena President Amey Khopkar called facebook live and Aditya Narayan's father famous singer Udit Narayan and sony TV organisers warned them. Not only that, Amey Khopkar has also asked Aditya Narayan to apologise. In fact, Amey Khopkar, president of the Cinema Wing of maharashtra navnirman sena, expressed his anguish on his Facebook live and said, "This is often said in Hindi serials. They do not know the culture of Alibaug. They are not aware of the people of Alibaug. If the people of Alibaug lose their minds, they will not allow a single thing of Hindi to run in Alibug".
Not only that, he further said, "This is an insult to Alibaug, which we prohibit. I just spoke to Udit Narayan. I have explained them in my own way. He also told him that many complaints of his son Aditya have come in the past. I also spoke to the channel people. He has been told that in the next episode he will have to openly apologise to the Alibaug people".
Moreover, MNS Cinema Wing Chairman Amey Khopkar further said, "We are going to publish an information for such Hindi programme holders. Again, we should not hear the sentence 'We have come from Alibaug'. If this happens again, we will not publish information, we will not live Facebook, we will play directly under the ear. This is not the time to stop shooting. That's why I'm explaining by doing Facebook Live. But they have to apologise".
