Ujjain: There has been a piece of big news about the world-famous Mahakaleshwar temple in Ujjain. In fact, devotees are going to start getting admission from next week in the Bhasma aarti to be held in the temple. Yes, it's going to happen after about a year and a half. In fact, the Mahakal Mandir Samiti has recently taken this decision for devotees who have been visiting Bhasma aarti which has been closed for over a year and a half. Under the information received, the Committee has decided that devotees will now be allowed to Bhasma Aarti with 50% capacity. In addition, all VIPs visiting the Mahakal temple will soon have to deposit donations for entry into the temple.

In fact, the entry of devotees into Bhasma Aarti is restricted for one year and fifteen days. But it will now open from next week. You must be aware that since 17th March 2020, the entry of common devotees into Bhasma Aarti was banned. However, on Thursday, In the circuit house under the chairmanship of Higher Education Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, discussions were held with the administrative officials regarding the entry of Bhasma Aarti in Shri Mahakaleshwar temple. Apart from this, there was also a discussion regarding the royal ride of the Lord, which will come out on the coming Monday.

During the discussion, it was decided that devotees will now be admitted to Bhasma Aarti from next week by removing the ban imposed for the last one and a half years. Recently, Higher Education Minister Mohan Yadav said, "Entry to Nandi Hall will be restricted but devotees will be allowed online with 50 percent capacity at Ganesh Mandapam, Kartikeya Mandapam.'' A total of 1,850 devotees can sit together and join the incineration at the Mahakal temple. Now, in today's temple management committee meeting, it will be decided as to what will be the essence of the Bhasma aarti system.
