Massive fire breaks out in two chemical factories of UP, surrounding areas evacuated

Agra: Many incidents are coming out from Uttar Pradesh, the country's largest state. Meanwhile, a fierce fire broke out in two chemical factories located in Sikandra area of Agra city of the state. The fire is so dangerous that people have come out from nearby houses. On receiving the complaint, many police and fire engine vehicles have reached the spot. Efforts are being made to extinguish the fire.

There are two factories named Topoplast and Agra Chemical near the vegetable market along the Agra-Delhi National Highway. Both these factories are on fire. Smoke rising from the factories is visible several kilometers away. Vehicles have been stopped on the highway. The chemical made in the factory is used in the shoe sole. There was a fire at around two in the afternoon. Now it has taken huge form. Fire control has not been found so far. The surrounding areas are suspected of spreading fire. 8 firefighters are engaged in extinguishing the fire.

Also, SP City Botre Rohan Pramod has reached the occasion. He told that in view of the condition, the nearby houses are being evacuated. Assistance has been sought from Air Force and Refinery. Fire tenders (foam ones) have been called. The heat of flames is being felt far away. The precautionary police has stopped the vehicles coming from Mathura on the highway before the best prize cut. Simultaneously, every effort is being made to stop the fire.
