At the same time, AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi has condemned the Madhya Pradesh government and termed it anti-Muslim. During this, Owaisi said that 'Forcibly cutting the beard of five youths arrested under Section 151 in Madhya Pradesh is custodial torture and violation of Article 25. Having a beard does not make one Pakistani, many freedom fighters had beards. Shivraj government should suspend the jailer and send him to jail.'' With this, he further said, "Madhya Pradesh has 7% Muslim population and under trial, Muslims in jails are 14%.''
