New Delhi: Even before Diwali in the national capital Delhi, pollution has started showing its effect. On Monday, the Air Quality Index in Delhi has been recorded at a very poor level. PM 2.5 was recorded at Lodhi Road at 6 am on Monday morning. At the same time, the level of PM-10 was recorded at 217. The amount of pollution recorded in different areas of Delhi was also similar.

PM 2.5 level of 305 was recorded in Delhi University, which is considered to be in the category of very poor. 305 of PM-2.5 was recorded at Terminal-3 of Delhi Airport which is in the very poor category. If we talk about the whole of Delhi, then the quantity of PM 2.5 was recorded at 301, which is in the category of very bad. At the same time, the air condition in Noida and Gurugram adjacent to Delhi is not much better. In Noida, PM-2.5 level was recorded 343 and PM 10 level was 341.

Both of these fall in the category of very bad. Talking about Gurugram of Haryana, the air here is less polluted than Delhi and Noida. However, the matter here only goes from the very worst to the worst. PM 2.5 level in Gurugram was 230, it falls in the category of bad.
