Lucknow: Sharing a video of Gorakhpur district hospital on Twitter, Samajwadi Party (SP) President Akhilesh Yadav has attacked the Yogi Adityanath government in the state. Akhilesh Yadav posted the video and wrote, "The BJP government, which is trying to falsely expose its success, has become a burden instead of supporting the people because of its inaction and failure". On the other hand, Congress National General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi said, "Showy steps will not control corona nor provide relief to the common man".
Akhilesh Yadav shared a video on Twitter today. Sharing the video, Akhilesh Yadav wrote, "The condition of hospitals in Gorakhpur is very pathetic. In the absence of a stretcher, a brother is forced to carry his corona-stricken brother on his shoulders. The BJP government, which has been falsely stalking its success, has become a burden rather than a support to the people because of its inaction and failure".
Earlier, the SP chief had tweeted, "The way Corona has affected the villages of UP is very reflective. The lives of the people are in danger due to lack of medicines, oxygen and treatment in villages and towns and the BJP Government is still not accepting the magnitude of the situation. The truth of death cannot be concealed by the lies of the BJP government".
