Previously, we heard about the case of 20 colleges in Madhya Pradesh going to halt due to declined number of students. Similarly this time government found many of the fake schools opened in Indore and Dewas on the name of Delhi Public School.

These schools were termed fake because they were not having registration under DPS and they were using its well reputed trademark. The Delhi Public School charged case against all the counterfeit schools in Delhi high court.

“Delhi Public school in Dewas, DPS sanwer road, DPS kids in Indore and DPS play school of Dewas should be restricted for doing illegal usage of trademark,” says management.

Justice Deepa Mishra asked local commissioners to seal all the fraud schools with the help of local police. When police reached DPS sanwer , school was closed and name logo was painted and staff said that today is their holiday.
