Andhra Pradesh MLA Krishna Reddy files petition in SC for illegal allotment of land for TDP office

New Delhi: Andhra Pradesh MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy has filed a special petition in the Supreme Court. In this petition, he said that "The previous government illegally provided land for the construction of TDP office in Guntur district, Atmakuru". Apart from this, he also said that "3 acres and 65 cents of the canal Borombo present in the Atmakuru area was approved on 22 June 2017. The mandate number at that time was 228".

The MLA has questioned all these things. The petition has been filed on behalf of MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy by his lawyer Allanki Ramesh. In this, Alla Ramakrishna Reddy told that "The previous government has given a 99-year proposal for the construction of TDP office in the area of survey numbers 392/1, 392/3, 392/4, 392/8 and 392/10 in Atmakuru of Mangalagiri Mandal. Apart from this, he said that the construction work was approved in violation of the rules".

"It is in opposition to the law and the constitution and till now is against the law directed by the Supreme Court and the High Court". Apart from this, Alla Ramakrishna Reddy said in his petition that the previous government has violated the water resources and related rules". He said that "The rules of Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act 1994 have also been violated". Apart from this, he also requested the court to take action on allowing illegal building construction.
