Social activist Anna Hazare has now opened a front against the Maharashtra government's liquor policy. In fact, in a letter to Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, Anna Hazare has demanded a change in the liquor policy. And if that does not happen, he has warned of fasting against the government. On Saturday, Anna Hazare wrote a reminder letter to CM Uddhav Thackeray. In this letter, he opposed the Maharashtra government's decision to allow the sale of wine at supermarkets and walk-in shops (shops near the house).

He further wrote that if the government does not take back this decision, then he will go on a fast unto death. During this, Anna Hazare said that earlier also he had written a letter to CM Thackeray on February 3. But so far, there has been no answer from them. So he has written another letter to remind the government. Apart from this, Anna Hazare also said in the letter that, apart from CM Thackeray, he had also written a letter to deputy CM Ajit Pawar of the state. But there was no response from them either. The liquor policy of the Maharashtra government is extremely dangerous. This may lead to the coming generation becoming addicted to drugs. '

Anna Hazare further said that he is going to start a fast unto death soon against the liquor policy of the Maharashtra government. He has also warned of an agitation against the government's policy. The state cabinet headed by Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray has approved the sale of wine in supermarkets and walk-in stores. Right now, wine is produced from fruits, flowers and honey in the state. In such a situation, the government says that this decision will benefit the small winemakers and the farmers of the state.
