As Kinjal gives birth to a stunning baby girl in the most recent episode of Anupamaa, viewers can only expect good news and positive vibes. When Anupamaa holds her granddaughter in her arms for the first time, her joy knows no bounds. Not just her, Vanraj, Leela, and Hasmukh, all of the Shah family, are overjoyed to welcome this new member to the group. The infant girl is welcomed by Anuj and little Anu as well. The Shah family finally feels relieved after Kinjal's daughter is born, and the celebration starts. Vanraj is overcome with emotion as Leela dances with joy. The group is kept together by Anupamaa, and they all congratulate one another. Anuj receives a call from Anupamaa telling him the good news. Anuj asks about Kinjal and the baby's health, but more importantly about Anupamaa's health, who most people have overlooked during the chaos.

Attempts are made by Barkha and Ankush to seize this chance by acting concerned for Anuj. Assuming Anupamaa has completely forgotten about his medications, they offer him dinner. Anuj declines their offer and explains that Anupamaa is always on the ball and that GK is there to take care of him. At the same time, Anupamaa sends a message to remind him to take his medication. Once more, Barkha's attempt to obtain Anuj's pardon falls short.

Anupamaa and Vanraj first see their granddaughter when they return to the hospital. As they go through this experience together, their bond gets stronger. Additionally, Anupamaa calls Anuj to introduce him to her granddaughter. Anuj feels excluded because he didn't get to attend the hospital visit, and he regrets it. Additionally, he feels anxious as he sees Vanraj getting closer to Anupamaa. Anupamaa enters to meet Kinjal even though she is still recuperating from her surgery and misses Toshu. She becomes concerned for Toshu when Samar informs her that he can never be reached on his phone. When the nurse brings Kinjal's baby in, all their concerns vanish in an instant.

When Vanraj holds the baby for the first time, everyone becomes emotional, and Vanraj eventually leaves. Anupamaa becomes suspicious of Toshu as well, questioning why he made no attempt to get in touch with anyone about Kinjal's health. What's wrong with Toshu, and why is he keeping everyone in the dark about where he is?

Rakhi Dave shows up in the following episode to meet her granddaughter for the first time. She becomes very upset at not finding Toshu with Kinjal, which causes tension to increase.
