Vijayawada: Two people are going to take oath today as new ministers in Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's cabinet. The names of these two people are Appalaraju Seediri and Srinivasa Venu Gopala Krishna Chelluboyina. Both are ready to take oath today. According to the information received, Governor Biswabhusan Harichandan is preparing to administer the oath to them at Raj Bhavan in Vijayawada at 1.29 pm today.

Pilli Subhash Chandra Bose and Mopidevi Venkataramana resigned from their ministerial posts after being elected as Rajya Sabha members. After that, the Governor has also accepted their resignation. Appalaraju and Venu Gopala Krishna are ready to get a place in cabinet in place of former ministers(Now Rajya Sabha Members). It is being told that Appalaraju, who belongs to Srikakulam district, has become an MLA from Palasa assembly seat for the first time in the year 2019. Apart from this, Appalraju of the same society is being given work in place of Mopidevi associated with fishermen society.

Venu Gopala Krishna is also associated with Shetty Ballija society. He is being given the position of minister in place of Pilli Subhash Chandra Bose, who is associated with this society. Recently, official sources have said that a limited number of people will be allowed to participate in the oath-taking ceremony in view of Covid-19 and this oath ceremony is going to start at 1.29 pm today.
