Apple Inc. has partnered with Flipkart India, for the sales of Iphone 7 in the nation. The sale of the product will start from October 8th in India on the platform of flipkart. The spotlight this year is, Flipkart from this year will supply the Iphone directly from Apple, not from any third parties like previous years.
Till now, Infibeam was the only direct importer from Apple, but it is more of a bulk supplier rather than a retail seller, they didn’t sell the products to the consumer directly.
This report was first reported by online portal BGR.in.the english news portal,Times of India tried to contact Flipkart, the company declined to comment on the matter while an e-mail sent to the Apple India spokesperson did not elicit any response to the matter.
Flipkart holds the major share in selling and earning profits mainly from the technology category and too talking specifically from smart phones, like LeEco, Motorola, and now the iphone deal will be the cherry on the cake.
