Kartik Aaryan is in the news these days. You must be aware that two big projects have come out of their hands in the past. One of the list was Karan Johar's 'Dostana 2' and the other was Shah Rukh Khan's production 'Freddie'. After all this, several media reports claimed that he was also expelled from a film by filmmaker Anand L Rai though it was false news and the makers termed it as a rumour. Now amidst all this, director Anubhav Sinha supported Kartik Aaryan and said that such rumours seem like a campaign against him. Apart from him, film editor and writer Apurva Asrani has also supported Kartik Aaryan.
I respect Anubhav Sinha for calling out the very obvious campaign against #KartikAaryan. A year ago I had blogged about the bullying Sushant Singh Rajput went through. And though I remain blacklisted for it by many journalists, I feel like something IS changing for the better.https://t.co/8DbWRtLGa7

Recently, Apurva tweeted in which he explained how a campaign was also launched against Sushant Singh Rajput. He has written: "I respect Anubhav sir. He has been running against Kartik Aaryan and termed the whole matter as a campaign. A year ago I wrote in the blog how Sushant Singh Rajput was harassed. And after that I was blacklisted by many journalists. Now I feel like something is changing for good. Well, if you remember, after the death of Sushant Singh Rajput, Apurva Asrani had said in her blog, "My fight is not a publicity stunt. I am raising my voice because I knew him. I understand what he must be going through when one campaign is running to tarnish his image and the other is affecting his success.''
Talking about Anubhav Sinha, he wrote in his tweet, "Usually when producers replace an actor with their film or an actor leaves the film, they don't talk about it. This has often been the case. I certainly feel that there is a campaign going on against Kartik Aaryan which is unfair. I respect his silence.''
