Kolkata: Arpita Mukherjee, who is facing the action of the central probe agency Enforcement Directorate (ED) over the SSC scam in West Bengal, has made a big revelation during the interrogation of ED officials. Arpita said that the entire Rs 50 crore recovered during the raid belonged to Partha Chatterjee and I have not even used the money. Arpita said, "I don't know where this money came from and how it was earned.''

After these revelations of Arpita Mukherjee, the investigating agency is now preparing to question Arpita and Partha face to face. Arpita says that Parth's men used to leave this money in a room in her flat. I wasn't allowed to go into that room. Arpita also said that the lock in the cupboard was also used by his own person. Last week, the ED recovered 21.9 crores during the raid and 27.9 crores today. Apart from these, the ED has also seized foreign currency worth Rs 56 lakh. According to information, the ED has also recovered gold worth Rs 4.31 crore, including gold bricks and bars, today. While last week gold worth Rs 76 lakh was seized. That is, the ED has seized 50.36 crore cash and 5.07 crore gold in two raids so far. In all, the ED has so far acquired assets worth Rs 55.43 crore in this operation. Arpita Mukherjee is considered to be very special about the state's Industries Minister Partha Chatterjee, who has been arrested by the agency in the same case.
