New Delhi: Robin Uthappa's name is recognized among the explosive cricketers in the Indian cricket team. He has also made many records while in Team India. Robin is such a player who has led the Indian team to victory in many big matches. He was selected for the 2007 Cricket World Cup, but could only score 30 runs in the 3 matches played there. However, in the 2007 NatWest tournament, he scored 47 runs in 33 balls and India won the match. 

Let us inform here that Robin scored 50 runs against Pakistan in the T20 World Cup played in South Africa, making him India's first batsman to score a half-century in T20. At the same time, India won this match by bowl-out, in this too Robin bowled a ball which hit the wicket. Robin is considered a one-day cricket expert, having batted at an average of around 40 since his home playing days. He is also known for his aggressive game.
