Talking about the work during this pandemic period, the actress said, “I am an asthma patient. That's why my parents won’t allow me to work until we get a proper vaccine. My parents won't allow me to go out during the time of pandemic as it is not safe for elders and those who have respiratory issues."

Further talking about the lockdown period, 'Shonar Pahar' actress said, "Everything from grocery, banking, entertainment, health services etc is now online. First my parents averse to learn all this but later when they understood its need and positive effects, they learnt it. Now this made their life easier."

The beautiful actress always concerns about her fitness. Talking about this, she said that at this time there is nothing much to do so I am fully concentrating towards my fitness. I like to do weight lifting, cardio and yoga every day to stay fit." According to the actress, long drives are the best stress buster for her. Talking about Christmas celebration, Arunima Ghosh said, “I have always helped my Maa while baking a cake on Christmas. But this year, I baked it on my own.”
