According to reports received, AAP said, “Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party national convenor Arvind Kejriwal will not approach the Enforcement Directorate today. The matter is in the court and the next hearing will be on March 16. The Enforcement Directorate should wait for the court's decision instead of sending summons every day. We will not leave INDI alliance. Modi government should not be pressurized like this.” Let us tell you that on February 22, the Enforcement Directorate had sent the seventh summons to Arvind Kejriwal in the liquor scam case. In this he was asked to appear on 26 February. But Arvind Kejriwal did not go and asked to wait till the court order came.

It is known that even before this the Delhi Chief Minister had avoided the Enforcement Directorate's inquiry six times by giving different reasons. The Enforcement Directorate had issued summons on February 14 asking Kejriwal to appear on February 19. But that day Kejriwal brought the trust vote in the assembly. Similarly, when the Enforcement Directorate summoned Kejriwal in November 2023, he had said that he was going to Madhya Pradesh for election campaign. However, his party could not save its deposit on 90 percent seats in Madhya Pradesh. Subsequently, when he was called by the investigating agency in December, he said that he was going to Punjab for Vipassana. That's why they can't come.
