New Delhi: Hearing is going on in the Supreme Court on the Ram birth place dispute. Now, with the Supreme Court setting a deadline to complete the arguments, in this case, the expectation of the decision coming by November has increased. Deadline has been fixed by Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi to complete the arguments on Wednesday, 18 October.
On the other hand, on the efforts of arbitration, it has been clearly stated by the Supreme Court that it can be continued in parallel and this hearing will not be stopped. After looking at the tentative period given by the lawyers of both sides, Rajiv Dhawan and CS Vaidyanath, it has been said by the CJI that it appears that the hearing in the Ayodhya case may be completed by 18 October 2019.
The CJI has said that all parties should complete their arguments by October 18 and they have indicated that "if the time is short, we will continue to hear the case on Saturday. Now, if the hearing of the Ayodhya land dispute is completed by October 18, then the Supreme Court will take 1 month to write the Judgment and then it is believed that a decision can be taken on this matter anytime in the month of November. There is also news that the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court is going to retire on November 17 and in such a situation, there is a hope that a decision can be taken on this case before November 18.
