New Delhi: The hearing in the Ayodhya Ram temple and Babri Masjid case will continue on Wednesday. Earlier on Tuesday, the CJI expressed displeasure over the remarks made by Sunni Wakf Board Advocate Rajiv Dhawan during the plea of Ramlala Virajman Advocate CS Vaidyanathan during the hearing of the case. Rajiv Dhawan had said that 'Vaidyanathan is reading the High Court judgment, not presenting the evidence!'

During the Ayodhya case hearing, Rajeev Dhawan, counsel for the Muslim side, objected to the trial on the Ram Lalla side, saying that he was only referring to the Allahabad High Court judgment and not presenting any evidence to support the arguments. CJI Gogoi said, "We want to make it clear that we have no hurry, in this case, all sides will have full opportunity to debate.

The court said that the way Vaidyanathan was defending himself, let him keep it. You will also be exempted from the manner in which you choose to cross-examine your turn. In fact, senior advocate Cs Vaidyanathan argued that since December 12, 1949, the statues have been placed in the disputed place, neither the prayers were offered nor the Muslim parties had ever occupied the land.
