Allahabad: Preparations for Bhoomi Pujan to be held on August 5 in Ayodhya are in full swing. On 5 August, PM Narendra Modi will perform Bhoomi Pujan and lay the foundation stone for the Ram temple. For this, Union ministers and officials continue to visit the city. Central Minister Prahlad Singh Patel arrived in Ayodhya on Friday morning, and after seeing Hanumangarhi, visited Sriram's birthplace.

Central minister Prahlada Singh Patel arrived in Ayodhya with tourism minister Neelkanth Tiwari. He reached Karsevakapuram and discussed the immense possibilities of tourism in Ayodhya with Champat Rai, general secretary of Sri Ram Janmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra Trust. Uttar Pradesh Additional Chief Secretary Home Avnish Kumar Awasthi, ADG Zone SN Sabat and ADG Law and Order reached Ayodhya on Friday morning where he checked the helipad being built in Saket College.

A high alert has been declared in Ayodhya and nearby cities due to the ceremony. Officials are constantly taking stock of security arrangements along with preparations for Bhoomi Pujan. The Chief Secretary and UP DGP will also visit Ayodhya on Friday. Also, one lakh 11 thousand laddoos are being prepared in Maniram Das Cantonment for Bhoomi Pujan in Ayodhya. On the day of Bhoomi Pujan, these laddoos will be distributed in Ayodhya and pilgrimages. The whole country is very excited about the Bhoomi Pujan to be held on 5 August.
