The screws on Rampur MP Azam Khan are constantly being tightened. His politics has now come in a very difficult phase. The Rampur district administration is tightening its grip on the Maulana Muhammad Ali Johar Trust of Azam Khan in Sitapur Jail along with MLA wife Dr. Tajin Fatma and former MLA son Abdullah Azam Khan in the case of other cases including fraud.

The investigation of Maulana Muhammad Ali Johar Trust will be on two levels. One, the permission given by the government to purchase the land will be tested to comply with the conditions of its consumption. Secondly, how much and where did Johar Trust get the amount donated. Investigations of irregularities in the operation of the trust were submitted by District Magistrate Anjaney Kumar Singh to Deputy District Magistrate Sadar Prem Prakash Tiwari. Tiwari had issued a notice to the Azam family to answer some questions regarding the operation of the trust.

Azam Khan is the chairman of the trust, then his wife Tajin Fatma is the secretary. Both sons are members and sisters are treasurers. Azam Khan is in jail along with his wife and son. Due to this, the notice was served even to the jail. Late on Saturday evening, the District Magistrate, Anjaney Kumar Singh, found the Johar Trust guilty of violating the terms and conditions of the government for taking possession of his University's 12.50 acres of land. Has filed suit under 89. They have filed suit in their court. The Additional District Magistrate has been sent to the Court of Administration for hearing this matter.
