The women were reportedly involved in the Kisan movement. According to reports, the three women who lost their lives in the accident are from the Mansa district of Punjab. It is also reported that the women were sitting on the divider waiting for an auto to go home early in the morning. Meanwhile, they were run over by a speeding truck under the flyover on Jhajjar Road.
