One of the most renowned actors in the Tollywood Industry Rana Daggubati landed in a trouble. As per the information Rana and his father Suresh Babu have been booked in an alleged land-grabbing case. According to the information a businessman Pramod Kumar filed the case with regard to a dispute over land property at Film Nagar in Hyderabad.
The complainant has alleged that Rana and his father are pressuring him to vacate land that belongs to him.The third additional chief metropolitan magistrate court at Nampally in the city has issued a summons to them in this matter. As per the complaint the disputed land is in Shaikpet was leased out to him by Suresh Babu in 2014. His father Suresh Babu allegedly decided to sell the property to him for Rs 18 crore and a deal was struck.
The complainant alleged that they were evicted with the help of bullies. He accused the actor and his father were threatening to vacate the premises. After this Pramod Kumar decided to approach the courts. The Nampally court has registered a case against Suresh Babu, Daggubati Rana and a few others. The court is likely to have issued a summons.
Kumar even claims that while he has made a payment of Rs 5 crore towards the deal, Suresh Babu has not bothered to complete the sale and registration processes. He has alleged that before the matter could be resolved, Suresh Babu transferred the property to his son Rana's name. He is all set to hold a press conference soon.
