In fact, 3 persons had filled the nomination form for district member from ward number 12 of Phanda Janpad Panchayat in Bhopal district of Madhya Pradesh. The selection of the same candidate was left to Lord Hanuman. A slip of the names of the three was put up in the temple. Thereafter, a slip came out and he was declared a candidate. When the slip was taken out in the Hanuman temple, it contained the name of Lal Singh Gurjar of Bawdia Kala. And all the people present there agreed to the candidate with laughter. And in this unique way, Lal Singh Gurjar has been fielded from ward no. 12 of Phanda District Panchayat.
