New Delhi: The Banaras Hindu University (BHU) is set to conclude the process for selecting subject combinations for BA Arts, BA Social Sciences, BSc Mathematics, and BSc Biology programs today. Prospective students are urged to make their choices by visiting the official website at bhuonline.in before 5 pm. BHU has emphasized that candidates who have paid the commitment fee must submit their preferences for subject combinations online.

The university has made it clear that failure to fill out the combination preferences may result in the rejection of admission applications. Once students receive their allocated subject combinations from the university, they can proceed to pay the remaining fees and complete the document verification process before commencing their respective academic sessions.

BHU Undergraduate Admissions 2023: Application Editing Window

For candidates who have applied for PhD admissions at BHU, there is an opportunity to make changes to their applications until September 24 at 11:50 p.m. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has earlier announced that the PhD admission exams for 2023 are scheduled for October 26, 27, 30, and 31, covering universities such as DU, JNU, BHU, and BBAU. Starting September 23, the application correction window for BHU applicants will be accessible, and candidates can refer to the subject-wise timetable on the official website, phd-entrance.samarth.ac.in.

Banaras Hindu University offers a wide range of educational opportunities at the diploma, undergraduate, and postgraduate levels, boasting a total of 145 courses across various fields. Among these, there are 6 diploma courses, 27 undergraduate programs, and 112 postgraduate offerings available on BHU Varanasi's course list.

BHU Undergraduate Admissions for 2023 commenced on June 7, 2023, through bhuonline.in. The Common University Entrance Test (CUET), which is conducted nationwide to facilitate admission to various undergraduate programs, is administered by the NTA. Only students who have taken the CUET in 2023 and fulfilled the necessary fee requirements are eligible to apply for BHU admissions in 2023.
