Ramgarh: A bus and a car collided near Murbanda Lari in the Rajrappa police station area of Ramgarh district of Jharkhand. The bus boarded the car in the tragic accident on Wednesday. Thereafter, flames started rising from both vehicles. Several persons were trapped in the vehicles in the accident. Five persons were in the car who were burnt alive. All are said to be from Bihar. Relief and rescue operations were launched at Tahrir in the accident.

According to the same Tahrir, a passenger bus and a car collided directly near the Residential Disabled School at Lari on the Ramgarh-Bokaro NH-23 route around 8 am on Wednesday. All five occupants of the car have died in the accident. Dozens of people on the bus were injured. According to reports, a passenger bus named Maharaja was on its way from Ramgarh to Dhanbad. Five persons on board the Wagoner car died in the accident. They were all from Bihar.

However, as soon as the fire broke out in front of the bus, there was chaos. After the accident, the occupants got off the bus and somehow saved their lives. It was raining heavily at the time of the accident. Locals were not able to come to the spot due to rain. Inspector Vipin Kumar in charge of Rajrappa police station rushed to the spot with force after receiving the report of the accident. A fire team from Ramgarh has been called in to control the fire in the burning bus. Hundreds of people gathered at the spot.
