Mumbai: Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan has been relieved in the drug case found on a cruise from Mumbai to Goa. Recently, the NCB issued a statement saying, 'It will not seek further custody of Aryan Khan. Aryan was produced before a Mumbai court last Sunday after being arrested in the case and was remanded to one day NCB custody from here. However, now the NCB says it will not seek further custody of Aryan Khan.

Apart from Aryan Khan, his friend Arbaaz Merchant and another accused Munmun Dhamecha were arrested by NCB officials for their alleged involvement in a drug case. Aryan was arrested at 2 pm last Sunday while agency officials had questioned Aryan for a long time. According to the information received, Aryan has been accused of being involved in drug abuse, buying and selling.

In a statement issued by the NCB last Sunday, the NCB said, "All the three accused will be produced before the court again on Monday. The other five accused- Nupur, Ishmit Singh, Mohek Jaiswal, Gomit Chopra and Vikrant Chhokar will also be produced before the court and custody will be sought. All of them were also arrested later on Sunday. At the same time, the agency officials have said, "We have 13 grams of cokin, 5 grams of MD, 21 grams of hashish, 22 tablets of MDMA (Ecstasy) and 1 from the accused. 33 lakhs in cash.''
